Hilton Phoenix Resort at the Peak

We went to this resort as our vacation for the year. We drove from Colorado to Phoenix to stay at this place. We really enjoyed the pools and the room was very nice and clean. The property was well put together and maintained, and the staff was very helpful and brought us things as we needed them very promptly. They let us check in early for a small fee so we could go to the pool early. The staff at the pool was also very nice. They were doing construction at the time, but it really didn’t matter to me that much. However I heard other people complain. It looks like they’re adding to the property so I wouldn’t bother about it. Technically we visited in the off-season, but we got a good value from it.

A lot of the reviews seem to give it a bad rap: I'd bet these people got a cheap deal during the peak season. I went in August and had an excellent experience. Staff was extremely friendly and accommodating, beyond my expectations. Pool was extremely clean, staff was friendly there too. Prices were very high at pool, but you get a wristband. Go get lunch and come back. Everything was clean. Construction caused ZERO disruption to our stay. There is construction going on, but it's nearby, and it's not loud either.

There is a lot of construction underway here, obviously making some cool improvements and adding amenities, but it didn’t impact our stay at all. The rooms were well appointed with a comfortable king bed and a comfortable couch bed that seemed pretty new. The waterpark and pools are really fun and the gym was also great. The service was really outstanding. Take advantage of your welcome text message and keep in touch with the service staff. They’re happy to help with anything you need or any questions you have. Would definitely love to stay here again!
